Garance du Nord
Biography
A graduate of Paris’ prestigious Fine Arts School, Garance du Nord first chose to express her creativity as an Artistic Director. It is now organic matter, flowers and plants, that guide her creative approach. Du Nord's compositions, of great artistic sensitivity, were quickly spotted by fashion and beauty houses, and by photographers. She went on to become one of the first floral stylists in the early 2000s.
Shapes, colors, textures, scents: these are the infinite stories she transcribes through set designs and scenographies, somewhere at the crossroad between nature, art, fashion and beauty. An imperfect bloom, a rosebud, wild berries, the veins of a petal, a thorny cactus, it is this quest for beauty that inspires the artist in her approach throughout the seasons. Her knowledge and passion for botany makes Garance du Nord a global reference in the world of floral design and styling.
